About the Role

This is a senior, customer-facing measurement strategy role at a data infrastructure and analytics company that builds complex market and media analysis platforms for large enterprise clients. You will serve as a trusted advisor to some of the world's leading brands, guiding them through advertising measurement, media investment optimization, and value realization. The role sits at the intersection of Commercial, Services Delivery, Product, Engineering, and Data Science, making it highly visible and cross-functional.

• Apply deep measurement expertise to guide enterprise customers from use case design through value realization across the full measurement product suite.

• Partner with clients to develop Learning Agendas, leveraging analytical skills to form hypotheses, identify opportunities, and deliver data-driven insights for marketing and media planning.

• Act as a trusted product and media expert to drive product adoption, enhance usage, and unlock growth opportunities within customer accounts.

• Build and maintain strong executive and operational relationships, continuously surfacing customer challenges and expansion opportunities.

• Identify and drive account growth including product expansion, analytics services, upsells, and renewals in partnership with Commercial team members.

• Contribute to thought leadership through whitepapers, case studies, and internal and external initiatives.

• 10+ years of customer-facing, consultative account management experience in SaaS, AdTech, a media agency, or digital media services.

• 5+ years working as a measurement strategist, marketing analyst, or data analyst in media, advertising, or marketing-mix measurement environments.

• 6+ years in marketing analytics covering media, customer, digital, and large-scale data, including campaign management, experimental design, and performance optimization.

• Demonstrated expertise in media measurement methodologies, attribution modeling, and incrementality testing frameworks.

• Hands-on experience with marketing-mix modeling (MMM) or multi-touch attribution (MTA) platforms and methodologies.

• Deep understanding of the advertising technology ecosystem, including TV, DMPs, DSPs, SSPs, ad servers, and publishers.

• Advanced SQL proficiency for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.

• Proficiency with statistical analysis and data visualization tools such as Python, R, Tableau, Looker, or equivalent.

• Experience designing and executing experimentation frameworks, A/B testing, or incrementality studies.

• Proven ability to translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.

• Experience managing and growing SaaS or subscription revenue within existing customer relationships is a strong plus.

• Familiarity with customer data platforms (CDPs) or identity resolution in advertising contexts is a plus.

• Background in management or strategy consulting with media or marketing clients is a plus.

• Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed and ability to work Pacific time.

This is a W2 contract engagement (approximately 1 year) at $65/hour . Visa sponsorship is available for all work authorization types.

Candidates are expected to work from San Francisco, CA , New York, NY, Seattle, WA, or Little Rock, AR. Remote may be considered for exceptional candidates. All candidates must be available to work Pacific time.
