MLee Healthcare is on the lookout for a skilled and dedicated Medical Laboratory Technologist (Med Tech) to join our dynamic team. As a Med Tech, you'll play a vital role in our laboratory's day-to-day operations, conducting various complex tests to aid in patient diagnosis and treatment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of laboratory science, exceptional attention to detail, and a commitment to providing accurate and reliable results.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related field.
• Certification as a Medical Laboratory Technologist (MT/MLS) or equivalent certification (e.g., MLT, CLS, or MT/MLS ASCP). Certification must be achieved within 9 months after hire date.
• Proficiency in performing a variety of laboratory tests and operating laboratory equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform a wide range of laboratory tests, including hematology, microbiology, clinical chemistry, immunology, and molecular diagnostics.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and protocols to ensure accuracy and precision in test performance.
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, troubleshoot technical issues, and perform routine maintenance as needed.
• Analyze test results, interpret findings, and report data accurately and efficiently.
