Physical Therapist

Position Summary

Busy multi-specialty medical practice is seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist to join our multidisciplinary healthcare team. The Physical Therapist will evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans to help patients improve mobility, reduce pain, recover from injury or surgery, and maximize functional outcomes. This position works collaboratively with physicians, physician assistants, and other healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide evidence-based physical therapy interventions and therapeutic exercises
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment goals, home exercise programs, and injury prevention
• Document evaluations, treatments, progress notes, and discharge summaries in the electronic medical record
• Collaborate with providers and clinical staff to coordinate patient care
• Maintain compliance with all clinical, regulatory, and documentation requirements
• All other tasks given by the Executive Director or Clinic Director

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current Physical Therapist license in New Jersey
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Orthopedic and post-surgical rehabilitation experience preferred

Schedule

• Three (3) 12-hour shifts per week
