Desired Experience Dependent on current Department of Health Qualifications Experience case management writing service plans Linkages to outside resources Working with individuals with TBI or related injuries/disabilities Education Dependent on current Department of Health Qualifications Minimum Requirement Associates Degree + 2 years experience Work Location THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION. Participant's home or community (serving clients in Nassau and Suffolk counties) and Office work. Salary Based on hours Schedule Day shift Monday through Friday Flexible COVID-19 considerations RES will supply PPE as needed to employees.
