Associate Director, Data Science and Analytics

Overview We are looking for a results-driven Associate Director, Data Science and Analytics to lead end-to-end analytics initiatives and build scalable models that drive business impact. This role requires a strong foundation in statistical modeling, hands‑on coding in Python and SQL, and the ability to translate data into strategic insights. You’ll partner closely with cross‑functional teams and mentor junior team members. Responsibilities Understand Razorfish data capabilities and how data fits into a client's overall strategy Understand the breadth of data services and crafts Lead cross‑capability projects and build close relationships with other disciplines Identify appropriate data SME to leverage when needed Analytics Planning and Implementation Propose and develop strategic outlines for learning agendas / measurement plans Oversee program implementation effectively, ensuring measurement goals are met and KPIs are captured Insight Generation See long‑term implications of insights and recommendations across several channels Guide junior team members to build foundational reports, understand data implications, and present findings highlighting relevant results and proposed actions Data Strategy Systematically identify key issues and objectives to prioritize for internal and client needs and gain necessary buy‑in Show thought leadership in bringing new, innovative, or different methods of elevating a client's marketing goals or data sophistication and maturity. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting.
