You'll lead our embedded analytics organization, including analysts and data scientists aligned to growth, product, markets, finance, risk, and institutional, ensuring every team has trusted insights to make better decisions.You'll define the analytics strategy, establish a high bar for rigor, and build a high performing organization that partners closely with leaders across the business. The team is responsible for uncovering opportunities, measuring impact, and helping shape the company's most important decisions. Success requires balancing deep partnership with individual teams while maintaining consistent definitions, analytical standards, and best practices across the organization.This is a hands-on leadership role. You'll work closely with business leaders to frame the right questions, guide complex analyses, and translate data into clear recommendations that influence strategy.
