Responsibilities:

• Assist attorneys with case preparation and legal documentation.
• Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
• Conduct legal research and summarize findings for case files.
• Draft and file legal documents with the court and other agencies.
• Maintain organized case files and ensure compliance with legal procedures.
• Communicate effectively with clients, witnesses, and court personnel.
• Handle billing and invoicing for legal services rendered.
• Support trial preparation and attend court hearings as needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a legal assistant or paralegal working with workers' compensation.
• Proficient in legal research tools and case management software.
• Strong understanding of legal terminology and procedures.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
