Exciting Opportunity for an Experienced ICU Registered Nurse!

Job Description:


- Join a vibrant healthcare community nestled in the culturally rich environment of Northwestern Arizona.
- Provide critical care nursing in our 5 Bed I.C.U, delivering exceptional care to patients of all ages.
- Experience a dynamic work environment with opportunities to FLOAT to different departments including ED, Med/Surg, or Peds during low census.
- Collaborate with a diverse team of medical professionals, including surgeons, pediatricians, and nurse practitioners.
- Perform a variety of responsible nursing care procedures that require professional knowledge and skill.
- Adhere to guidelines including doctors' orders, standards of care, and hospital policies.
- Support patients and their families during inpatient care and after hours recovery in cases of post-op general surgery, pediatric, and OB patients.

Necessary Qualifications:


- Experience: Minimum of 3 years prior ICU experience required.
- Education: Associate Degree in Nursing.
- Certifications:
- Current valid unrestricted Professional Nursing License (RN).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification (must complete within 6 months of hire).
- Trauma Care After Resuscitation (TCAR) certification (must complete within 6 months of hire).
- National Institutes of Health (NIH) NIHSS certification (must complete within 6 months of hire).

Additional Information:


- Orientation held every 2 weeks.
- COVID & FLU exemptions may be accepted with a declination form submission.
- Housing application must be submitted 2 weeks prior to start date.
