Server Department: Food & Beverage Employment Type: Part Time Location: Mountain View, California Compensation: $20.53 / hour Description As Restaurant Server, you'll serve food and beverages with genuine warmth and professionalism, sharing menu knowledge that helps every guest have the best possible dining experience. *MUST HAVE Weekend Availability* Key Responsibilities Greets guests, presents menus, and shares detailed information on food and beverage options Takes accurate food and drink orders from guests Relays orders to the kitchen and ensures timely delivery of meals Serves food and beverages professionally and courteously Checks on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction Handles payment transactions accurately Collaborates with other team members to provide excellent guest service Assists with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area Skills, Knowledge and Requirements Experience serving in an upscale restaurant environment helpful Familiarity with POS systems and bar service requirements Proficient in conversational English Customer service-oriented with a positive, friendly demeanor Prolonged standing and walking throughout shifts Ability to lift and carry trays, dishes, and service items Frequent bending, reaching, pushing, and pulling Able to lift, push or pull equipment, chemicals, tools, supplies up to 40 lbs.
