Job Description: Onsite Server (Full-Time, Mon - Fri)

Reports To: General Manager

Andro’s Rostilj is looking for high caliber servers in Cambpell, Ca that are passionate about food and working with a team of professionals. We're revolutionizing the way high-end food is prepared and delivered to corporate clients. We believe that good food should taste amazing and be convenient, diverse, and healthy. We are a talented group of chefs and servers, along with a few Business people, who are changing the way companies provide lunch for their employees.

 

Primary job responsibilities and duties  include, but are not limited to:

• Responsible for serving and packaging  menu items to guests in a prompt, friendly and courteous manner. 

• Provide a high level of customer service and promote a personal chef style dining atmosphere. 

• Assist the onsite Chef with preparation and packaging of themed meals, special events, banquets, breakfast service, and dinner service.

• Record onsite production and consumption figures relating to food prepared onsite.

• Adhere to Quality Enhancement standards and standard food safety practices.

• Work closely with the Account Managers, and General Managers to keep clients satisfied with our food program.

• Uphold highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation through proper cleaning and sanitizing of all serving areas, prep areas, cargo vans, insulated food carriers, carts, and other items used for service

• Review the daily menu and allergens.

• Must be able to remain in a stationary position throughout entire shift

• Must be able to move continuously inside the offices to kitchens and client sites

• Must be able to constantly position self to maintain equipment and supplies 

• Other duties as assigned by management

• Manage serving large groups quickly through attentive service.

• Ensure all service and food items are accounted for and loaded in the van properly, prior to departing the kitchen facility.

Qualifications:

• Excellent customer service and hospitality skills.

• Ability to work well under intense time pressure.

• Excellent emotional control in a fast-paced environment.

• Current ServSafe Handler certificate.

• 3+ years experience as a server in a high volume establishment. 

• Must be able to lift 50+lbs throughout the shift

• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.

• Must be comfortable driving catering vans daily.

• Must meet COVID19 Vaccination requirements for onsite client facing positions
