In this role, you will support the production team by moving materials, assisting with parts, and ensuring smooth workflow across the floor. This is a great opportunity to get into a stable, long-term role with growth potential. Openings are available on both 1st and 2nd shifts.
Responsibilities

• Move and organize materials across the production floor
• Supply parts and components to assembly teams as needed
• Assist with loading/unloading materials and products
• Use basic hand tools and equipment when required
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Support general warehouse and production tasks

Basic Skills Needed

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to use basic hand tools
• Able to read a tape measure (preferred)
• Good attention to detail and reliability
• Willingness to work overtime (50+ hours/week when needed)

Preferred Experience (Not Mandatory)

• Material handling or warehouse experience
• Manufacturing or production floor exposure
• Experience with pallet jacks or similar equipment

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Delaware, OH.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.
