Schedule: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM | Weekend & Holiday Availability Required

The Centurion Lounge offers an elevated hospitality experience where quality, consistency, presentation, and attention to detail are part of the standard. This opportunity is ideal for a culinary professional who is confident working in a high-volume kitchen and takes pride in preparing quality food for a discerning guest population.

If you have experience in a hotel, upscale restaurant, country club, private club, catering operation, healthcare environment, institutional kitchen, or other high-volume foodservice operation, we’d like to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:

As a Cook, you’ll be responsible for preparing and executing food items according to established recipes, production standards, and quality expectations.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Prepare and cook menu items with attention to quality, flavor, portioning, and presentation.
• Complete daily food preparation and production according to business needs.
• Execute recipes and standardized production procedures consistently.
• Support high-volume service while maintaining speed, accuracy, and quality.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked workstation.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, temperature-control, and HACCP standards.
• Properly label, date, store, and rotate food products.
• Communicate effectively with chefs and fellow team members.
• Assist with maintaining an efficient and professional kitchen operation.

What We’re Looking For:

We’re looking for a dependable culinary professional who can step into a fast-paced operation and contribute from day one.

Ideal candidates will have:

• 2+ years of professional cooking experience.
• Experience in restaurants, hotels, country clubs, private clubs, catering, healthcare, institutional foodservice, or similar operations.
• Strong understanding of fundamental cooking techniques and food preparation.
• Experience following recipes and standardized production procedures.
• Ability to maintain consistent food quality in a high-volume environment.
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Professionalism, reliability, and a strong work ethic.

Candidates must have the flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required. Reliability and consistent attendance are essential in our airport operation.
