Job Overview This associate attorney position is hosted by Ethan Goldman at a well‑known boutique law firm specializing in estate planning, T&E administration, wealth planning, and preservation. The role offers a competitive salary of $85,000 – $140,000 per year. Responsibilities Provide mentorship and career growth opportunities working directly with principal attorneys. Assist clients with real estate and business transactions, including LLC, corporate and partnership establishment and documentation. Qualifications At least three (3) years of experience as an associate attorney. Maryland Bar required. DC and Virginia Bars preferred. LLM preferred.
