Specialist I - Materials Management

Catalent's Madison biologics facility seeks a Materials Management Specialist to support warehouse operations, inventory control, and shipping activities. The role involves picking, packing, and documenting orders while maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards in a GMP environment.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stock, verify, and deliver materials using FEFO methodology
• Pick, pack, ship, and document orders to meet customer fulfillment requirements
• Manage domestic and international temperature-controlled and ambient shipments
• Participate in inventory cycle counts and maintain zero variances
• Maintain organized, safe work area and support freezer/cooler equipment maintenance

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid Wisconsin driver's license and ability to operate company vehicles
• 1+ years of shipping or materials operations experience
• Warehouse equipment operation experience (scanners, forklifts, pallet jacks) preferred
• Cold storage material handling and cGMP experience preferred
• Computerized inventory management systems knowledge preferred
• DOT and IATA training preferred
