Production Machine Operator – 1st & 2nd Shift

• Portland–Marlborough Area, CT
• $18.00–$21.00 per hour
• Full-Time | Monday–Friday

• 1st Shift: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM–2:30 PM | $18.00–$19.00 per hour
• 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday | 2:00 PM–10:30 PM | $19.00–$21.00 per hour

What You'll Do

• Operate molding and production equipment\
• Prepare materials for manufacturing runs
• Monitor machine performance and production quality
• Inspect finished products for quality
• Record production information accurately
• Follow quality, safety, and work instructions
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

What We're Looking For

• Manufacturing experience is helpful, but not required
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable attendance and positive work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical Requirements
• Lift up to 55 pounds on a regular basis
• Stand, walk, bend, reach, and twist throughout the shift
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment that may be warm during the summer months
• Ability to work safely around production equipment and heavy molds
