️ Job Title: Field Supervisor – Paint & Trim Division
Preferred Location: Kentucky
Alternate Location: Indiana (must be willing to travel regularly to Kentucky)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional Saturdays
Reports To: Operations Manager / Office Administrator
Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Field Supervisor to oversee residential paint and trim operations. This role ensures quality control, efficient scheduling, and clear communication between field teams, builders, and the office.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily inspections of homes in progress to monitor quality and completion.
- Assign and manage work schedules for paint and trim crews based on project timelines.
- Upload progress photos to the internal platform for documentation and reporting.
- Maintain consistent and professional communication with builders and office staff.
- Identify, document, and resolve back charges promptly and effectively.
- Ensure safety and quality standards are met on-site.
- Assist with planning and logistics for materials and crew coordination.
- Be available for urgent tasks or site visits on Saturdays when needed.
✅ Requirements
- Residence in Kentucky (preferred) or Indiana with willingness to travel.
- Prior experience supervising construction projects, especially in paint and interior trim.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic proficiency with digital platforms for uploading photos and reports.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing schedules.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (preferred).
