Employees in this classification receive a step increase on their anniversary. The steps effective 7/1/2026 include:New Hire - 1 year - Mech II 2 years - Mech II 3 years$28.46 - $31.51 - $35.90 - $37.98Promoted to Mechanical II after two years.
