Customer Service Representative / Call Center Agent

Job Summary

Seeking a customer-focused Call Center Agent to support customers by conducting follow-up calls, scheduling appointments, answering inbound inquiries, and helping ensure a positive service experience. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle customer concerns professionally.

Responsibilities

• Conduct follow-up calls with recent customers to gather feedback and assess satisfaction
• Follow established call scripts and escalate concerns when appropriate
• Answer inbound calls and provide information regarding services and scheduling
• Schedule appointments and collect customer and vehicle information
• Provide accurate estimates regarding service timing and costs
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records
• Resolve customer concerns while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of customer service, call center, or related experience
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Compensation

• Base pay: $20.00/hour
• Performance incentives available
• Average total earnings: approximately $22-$23/hour
• Monthly incentive program based on performance metrics and department goals

Schedule

• Monday-Friday, 9:30 AM-6:00 PM

Employment Details

• 100% Onsite
• Temp-to-Hire opportunity (approximately 4-5 months)
