Overview Psychiatric Rehabilitation Services Aide (PRSA) – PM Shift. Full-time position at Crestwood Terrace, an Intermediate Care Facility serving adults with mental health needs (21+). Located in a quiet neighborhood; part of a network of centers managed by Transitional Care Management. Responsibilities Provide group and individual psychosocial rehabilitation and case management services to adults in a long-term care / nursing home setting. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop, implement, and evaluate therapeutic services through facility programming. What you will do in this role The PRSA will participate with the interdisciplinary team to develop, implement and evaluate effective therapeutic services via facility programming. Qualifications Ideally – prior experience as a PRSA in a healthcare center (preferred). High School diploma or GED equivalent. Experience with Point Click Care (PCC) is helpful. What we need from you Prior PRSA experience in a healthcare center is preferred. High School diploma or GED required. Ability to pass pre-employment physical and background check.
