Founding RevOps Lead - GTM & Data Systems

Pace is building its first Revenue Operations function in New York, bridging Sales, Marketing, and Finance. You will design the GTM tech stack, data models, and processes, then enable the team with dashboards, playbooks, and scalable workflows. This foundational role requires hands-on build from zero, rapid iteration, and collaboration with executives to drive predictable growth.
