We are seeking a detail-oriented

Payroll Specialist

to join a high-volume payroll team supporting critical payroll operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a payroll professional who enjoys problem-solving, auditing complex transactions, and ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time. The ideal candidate will have hands-on payroll experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with a dynamic team. Qualifications

Required

: - 1-2+ years of FULL CYCLE payroll experience OR strong experience auditing timecards and payroll data - Experience with payroll validation, audits, and discrepancy resolution - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision**** - Excellent organizational and communication skills - Positive attitude and willingness to support team initiatives - Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Preferred

: - Experience processing: * On-cycle payroll / Off-cycle payroll * Payroll adjustments * Garnishments * Benefit deductions - Experience working with high-volume payroll transactions - Intermediate Excel skills, including formulas and working within complex spreadsheets - Experience with payroll systems such as PeopleSoft or similar HRIS/payroll platforms What We're Looking For
