THE BEACH CLUB CLUBHOUSE FRONT DESK AGENT

 
Front Desk Agents are responsible for creating the first impression of WORLD CLASS SERVICE at our Clubhouse for our guests. We are looking for enthusiastic team members to assist guests with the highest level of customer service by greeting guests and providing attentive and cordial service to club members, potential club members, owners and guests.

 
Essential Duties:

• Ensure exclusive service to Club member(s) and member guests
• Answer telephone and all questions regarding the Club membership and services
• Issue Club member wristbands and guests wristbands for members and outside rental agencies
• Maintain distribution and collection of towels, games and movies
• Maintain point of sales for Club items and events
• Help with organization of some Club functions
• Check restrooms for neatness and supplies and request custodial services as needed
• Assist in cleaning club interior as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills:

• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Must have above average computer skills with Microsoft Office programs knowledge and the ability to learn property-specific systems.
• Must be self-motivated with ability to in a team environment
• Must have excellent guest service and problem resolution skills.
• Prior Front Desk/Receptionist experience a plus!

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to stand/walk for entire shift
• Must be able to bend, kneel, and stoop
• Must be able to move/lift up to 25 lbs.
