Position Overview

We are seeking a Night Auditor to join our front desk team. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for overseeing the hotel's nightly operations, ensuring a smooth and secure environment for guests, and handling financial transactions. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, enjoys working independently, and thrives in a customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests with check-in, check-out, and any overnight requests.
• Balance and audit daily transactions, including room charges, payments, and other revenue.
• Prepare financial reports and ensure accuracy in hotel accounting records.
• Monitor hotel security and respond to any guest concerns or emergencies.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
• Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve guest inquiries professionally.
• Set up the breakfast area and prepare for the morning shift as needed.

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous hotel front desk or night audit experience preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial reports.
• Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and stay alert during overnight shifts.
• Proficiency in hotel property management systems (PMS) or ability to learn quickly.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
