- BS/BA in GIS, Geography, Cartography, Computer Science, or other related field with GIS experience. \n
- 4-8 years of experience in GIS and GIS application development. \n
- A minimum of 5 years of experience designing, building, and delivering web applications. \n
- Experience developing web applications using ArcGIS API for JavaScript or other JavaScript mapping APIs. \n
- Excellent problem-solving, verbal, and written communication, design, development, and debugging skills. \n
- Must have experience in the development of complex analysis and mapping projects. \n
- Must have the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical computer users, both orally and in writing. \n
- Candidates shall demonstrate high competence in ESRI GIS software suite (ArcGIS Pro 3.x and higher) including, but not limited to, a thorough knowledge of ArcSDE and ArcGIS Enterprise (server, portal, web adaptors, data stores). \n
- Must work independently to develop GIS tools and applications, perform complex analyses, and develop multi-layered maps by using an appropriate combination of tools in the GIS application suite and other programming environments. \n
- Self-starter with a technical background in software and the ability to work with minimal supervision. \n
- Candidate should have proficiency in Python. \n

- Experience and demonstrated proficiency in data extraction, analysis, and scripting tools, preferably Oracle SQL and PostgreSQL. \n
- Prior experience with LRS and working knowledge and experience with ESRI Roads & Highways or other similar systems is a plus. \n
- Prior experience working with enterprise asset management systems and datasets. \n
- Develop and maintain linear referencing systems (LRS) and GIS applications to support spatial data management needs. \n
- Experience in Reporting Tools such as Power BI is strongly desired. \n
Working Condition s

- In-state travel may be required sometimes. \n
- This position follows a hybrid Work Model requiring you to work 3-4 days per week from the office. \n
Required Experience

- Experience in GIS and GIS application development — 6 years. \n
- Experience in ESRI GIS Software Suite (ArcGIS Pro 3.x and higher) — 5 years. \n
- Must have the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical computer users, both orally and in writing — 5 years. \n
