Location: Bryan, TX Schedule: Monday-Friday, 32-40 hours per week Pay: $15.00/hour Job Type: Temporary with potential to become permanent

Snelling Staffing is hiring an Accounting Clerk for a local company in Bryan, TX. This position will help provide coverage over the next couple of months, with the possibility of becoming permanent for the right person.

The ideal candidate will have experience with accounts receivable, accounts payable, data entry, and general office/accounting support.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with accounts receivable and accounts payable tasks
• Enter and update accounting information accurately
• Learn company systems, processes, and daily accounting procedures
• Provide coverage when the current accounting clerk is out
• Maintain accurate records and support the accounting team
• Follow instructions and complete tasks in a timely manner
• Handle confidential information with honesty and professionalism

Requirements:

• Previous A/R and A/P experience preferred
• Strong data entry skills and attention to detail
• Reliable, patient, honest, and willing to learn
• Ability to follow processes and work independently
• Positive employer reference required
• Background check and credit report required
