Accountabilities:

The Senior Manager, Growth Strategy & Insights will lead strategic analysis and high-impact initiatives that support business growth. This role requires a combination of analytical excellence, structured problem-solving, and strong stakeholder management to transform complex questions into clear recommendations and measurable actions.

• Build and maintain advanced marketing and business models to evaluate performance, investment decisions, and growth opportunities.
• Own end-to-end strategic analyses, from defining business questions and developing insights to presenting recommendations and driving implementation.
• Support market strategy initiatives, including market sizing, ideal customer profile definition, and data sourcing strategies.
• Monitor business performance against goals, identify key drivers behind changes, and recommend optimization opportunities.
• Act as a strategic partner to growth leaders by providing forecasts, performance analysis, and recommendations across multiple acquisition channels.
• Solve ambiguous and high-priority business challenges alongside senior leadership by developing structured, data-driven perspectives.
• Collaborate with teams across marketing, operations, customer support, and business functions to align initiatives and deliver results.
• Create repeatable analytical frameworks, tools, and processes that improve team efficiency and decision-making.
• Raise the standard of analytical thinking by promoting data-driven approaches and rigorous evaluation methods.
• Communicate complex findings through clear narratives, presentations, and executive-level recommendations.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking, quantitative expertise, and strong communication skills. They should be comfortable working with complex datasets, managing ambiguity, and influencing decisions across a growing organization.

• 4+ years of experience in top-tier management consulting, business operations, corporate strategy, or a similar analytical role.
• Proven experience leading strategic initiatives and driving operational improvements from analysis through execution.
• Strong quantitative and financial modeling skills, with the ability to analyze large and imperfect datasets.
• Experience with SQL or willingness to develop SQL capabilities is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving approach with the ability to structure unclear problems and create actionable solutions.
• Excellent storytelling and presentation skills, including the ability to create executive-level materials.
• High attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to operate independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Comfort working in fast-paced environments where priorities may evolve quickly.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at different levels.
• Experience in SaaS, technology, or high-growth environments is a plus.
