Seeking a DPT or Physical Therapist to cover therapy services in Fort Pierce North, FL - Provide treatment in an ALF setting: $110/eval + 2 units. Responsibilities Evaluates and treats patients in an Assisted Living Community or Home Setting. Communicates with families, physicians, and other health care professionals. Maintains daily, thorough documentation of services in the EMR. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited college or university with a doctoral, masters, or bachelors degree in physical therapy. Education and/or experience: new graduate applicants welcome; experienced therapists. Actively licensed as a FL physical therapist.
