Sterile Processing Lead

Position Title Sterile Processing Lead Evenings – Full Time Cambridge Tower A Position Summary / Career Interest Under the direction of the Sterile Processing Manager and Supervisor, the Sterile Processing Team Lead is responsible for the coordination of the department activities/tasks on the assigned shift. Provides customer focused service to the department for accurate and efficient surgical services instrumentation support. Provides front-line leadership in line with Perioperative Services mission/vision for customer service and employee engagement. Responsibilities and Essential Job Functions Takes responsibility for self and/or team accountabilities and instills sense of ownership in others to improve performance; looks for ways to improve individual and/or team. Effectively manages the situation to minimize customer and staff stress while dealing with escalated issues.
