Join DCI today to build relationships and gain fulfillment serving individuals in our comfortable clinical setting with a lower caregiver-to-patient ratio than other providers.The Dialysis Social Worker is responsible for assessing and responding to the psychosocial needs of our dialysis patients to ensure the best possible outcomes and improve quality of life.Schedule: Fulltime 32-36 hours/week (four or five 8-hour days) M-F, weekends off; shifts are 8am-4:30pmPrimarily located at the Grand Junction clinic.
