Key Responsibilities\n

• Administer thorough mental health assessments and ongoing evaluations for clients experiencing a range of issues, including anxiety, depression, grief and loss, loneliness, and life transitions.

• Utilize telehealth software and video conferencing tools to conduct weekly therapy sessions, adapting strategies to meet individual client needs.
\n
• Employ evidence-based therapy techniques, particularly cognitive behavioral therapy, to guide clients in exploring their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.

• Maintain up-to-date client records within our technology platform, ensuring compliance with all privacy regulations and best practices.

• Actively contribute to case discussions and treatment planning with fellow team members, promoting a collaborative approach to client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Clinical Counselor at Health Aura Therapy Center, you will primarily work with adults facing various emotional challenges. These include but are not limited to mood disorders, stress management, and issues related to medication or chronic pain management. You will play a critical role in facilitating their journey towards mental health while being sensitive to the critical life transitions and experiences they may be encountering.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in counseling or a related field, with a valid and active LPCC license in California.

• Strong understanding of mental health and substance abuse diagnosis, treatment, and recovery methods.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy and a genuine commitment to client care.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2-3 years of experience using cognitive behavioral therapy and other evidence-based practices to manage adult clients struggling with mental health challenges.

• Experience with teletherapy platforms or telehealth methodologies is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Health Aura Therapy Center offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 120,000 to USD 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload. Additional benefits include flexible scheduling options, performance-based incentives, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
