Job Responsibilities

• Participate in 5-8 in-house 24-hour call shifts each month.
• Manage an average of 25 patients per shift.
• Engage in a high-acuity, busy practice with approximately 3,000 deliveries annually.
• Collaborate with 5 midwives who support MD providers in Labor & Delivery.
• Handle emergency cases, including hysterectomies and ectopic pregnancies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Expertise in managing high-risk pregnancies.
• Proficiency in performing and interpreting ultrasounds.
• Ability to make decisions regarding C-sections and manage complicated deliveries.

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly pay ranging from $150.00 to $225.00.
• Negotiated pay rates that are all-inclusive, factoring in base pay, overtime, call, and holiday pay.
