Pediatric Integrated Behavioral Health Clinician (LICSW/Psychologist)

Job Description We are immediately hiring part-time and full-time licensed Therapists or Psychologists (LICSW/PsyD) for an integrated care and outpatient team at LifeStance Health. The position may involve split duties between providing integrated behavioral health care within a pediatric office and outpatient psychotherapy. Work primarily with pediatric patients on issues ranging from acute to chronic health conditions and other mental health concerns using evidence‑based therapies such as CBT, motivational interviewing, and brief targeted treatment. Conduct screens for depression, anxiety, and other conditions, and frequently consult with medical professionals. In a fast‑paced environment, think on their feet and value interdisciplinary work. Qualifications Licensed Therapist or Psychologist (LICSW/PsyD or equivalent credential). Excellent communication skills and strong clinical acumen. Experience working with people across the lifespan and utilizing empirically supported treatments. Experience or comfort working in a primary care or integrated care setting. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, interdisciplinary environment.
