Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in specialty
- Strong neuro experience required
- Valid nursing license
- Certification card
- Completion of skills checklist
- Work history with no gaps greater than 60 days

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in the Neuro ICU/IMCU setting.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, implementing interventions as necessary.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and modify care plans.
- Educate patients and families regarding treatments and ongoing care needs.
- Float between ICU and stepdown units as needed, maintaining patient safety and care standards.
