Shipping and Receiving Clerk

A fast-moving food production facility is urgently seeking a high-performing Shipping & Receiving / Forklift Driver to keep daily warehouse operations running without interruption. This role requires someone who can move quickly, stay organized, and maintain accuracy under pressure. Immediate impact is expected ?? and strong performers will be considered for long-term hire. Key Responsibilities Operate forklifts to rapidly load and unload materials and finished goods. Verify, document, and process all incoming and outgoing shipments with zero errors. Stage materials for production to prevent downtime and ensure continuous workflow. Maintain warehouse cleanliness and strict GMP compliance at all times. Assist with packaging, labeling, and distribution during peak demand. Perform cycle counts and support logistics to keep inventory moving efficiently. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of shipping/receiving experience (manufacturing or food production preferred). Valid forklift certification (sit-down and stand-up). Strong understanding of inventory systems and shipping documentation. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
