This Is a Sales Position

Let's be clear.

This is not a receptionist role.

You'll spend your day building relationships, following up with leads, conducting studio tours, closing memberships, supporting existing members, and representing Club Pilates throughout the community.

What You'll Do

• Guide prospective members through the complete sales process, from first inquiry to membership.

• Conduct engaging studio tours and personalized consultations.

• Sell memberships, private training, retail, and specialty programs.

• Follow up consistently with prospective members using ClubReady CRM.

• Build relationships that create long-term member loyalty.

• Participate in community outreach including local businesses, networking events, health fairs, farmers markets, and studio events.

• Track personal sales performance and work toward monthly goals.

• Collaborate with your team to create an exceptional member experience.

Requirements

• Sales or customer-facing experience preferred.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and proof of insurance.

• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.

• Comfortable participating in community marketing and outreach events.
