Now Hiring: Payroll & Human Resources Administrator

We are seeking a reliable and professional Bilingual Payroll & Human Resources Administrator to join our team in Dallas, TX! This position will support Payroll and HR operations while assisting with front office responsibilities and employee communications.

Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Starting Pay: $18.00/HR

Requirements:

Must be Bilingual in English & Spanish
Minimum 1 year of HR Generalist experience required
Reliable transportation required
Strong communication and organizational skills
Professional and detail-oriented attitude

Duties May Include:

Assisting as Payroll backup support
Customer invoicing and administrative support
HR document filing and record management
Benefits and insurance follow-up assistance
Managing employee text notification programs
Front office coverage and receptionist duties
Mail distribution and general office support
