Senior Business Development Executive — US/Canada Growth

The 2045 Collective is seeking a Senior Executive, Business Development to drive new client acquisition across the US and own revenue targets. You will activate your portable network of agency and brand relationships from day one and lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.

In this role you will negotiate terms with leadership, represent the company as a credible voice in paid media, omnichannel strategy, and ad tech, and contribute to shaping offerings and go-to-market strategy.
