And we're committed to developing, supporting and driving your success.Our Values are the THREAD that connects us as one team to ensure that we are accountable for our contributions to the success of our company and customers:TeamworkHonestyRespectExcellenceAccountabilityDrivePosition Summary: The Accounts Payable Specialist will report to the Accounts Payable Manager and support all aspects of accounts payable, ensuring all deadlines are met with the highest degree of accuracy.Areas of impact:Review and enter invoices and credit memos timely and accuratelyReconcile vendor statements periodically vs our vendor ledger and investigate variancesManage vendor relationships and build effective partnershipsRespond to vendor and internal inquiries in a timely mannerResearch and resolve invoice discrepancies to identify root causeKey Competencies:Detail orientedAbility to follow-through on tasks and objectivesStrong organizational skills and communication skillsProactive and solutions-orientedQualifications:Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent experienceMinimum of 2 years of accounts payable experience in manufacturingExperience in NetSuite and/or Epicor ERP systems preferredKnowledge of invoice processing, 3-way match, and vendor management best practicesProficiency with Microsoft ExcelEqual Opportunity Employer: Optimas OE Solutions provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability or genetics.
