Job Details

SLP needed for a facility in Oklahoma City. The SLP under general supervision, will evaluate, diagnose and recommend a treatment plan for communication dis-orders of speech and language. Essential Responsibilities: Responsibilities listed in this section are core to the position. Inability to perform these responsibilities with or without an accommodation may result in disqualification from the position. Upon physician referral, performs evaluations of speech, hearing and swallowing difficulties, makes a preliminary diagnosis and develops treatment plans. Determines the need for individual or group therapy on each client. Documents client's progress
