Case Manager

Travel RN Case Management
This position is for a Travel RN in Case Management. The unit consists of a 40-bed capacity. The staff typically includes 1-2 Case Managers or Social Workers during the day shift. The patient ratios are between 1:20-30. Candidates must have experience with Meditech and Careport. Collaboration and problem-solving skills are essential. The ideal candidate is a self-starter and solution-focused. A strong emphasis is placed on teamwork and collaboration within the unit.
