HR Manager: Labor Relations & Compliance (Nonprofit)
MAAC (Metropolitan Area Advisory Committee)
MAAC is seeking a Human Resources Manager for its Child Development Program in Vista, CA. You will lead day-to-day HR operations, onboarding, compensation and classification, and HR compliance while partnering with the Recruitment Manager on talent acquisition. The role supervises an HR Generalist, coaches managers, administers collective bargaining agreements, conducts workplace investigations, and resolves disputes to maintain a fair, high-performing workplace aligned with MAAC’s mission. #J-18808-Ljbffr MAAC (Metropolitan Area Advisory Committee)
