COTA - Travel Contract

We're hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a travel contract role at a skilled nursing facility in LaMoure, ND. Minimum Requirements Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college. Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) credential required. Active North Dakota state COTA license or ability to obtain prior to start. BLS Certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience working in skilled nursing facility or long-term care settings preferred. Experience providing restorative programs, ADL training, and adaptive equipment recommendations preferred. Assignment Details Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility. Shift Name: Days. Shift Details: Days. 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday. Positions Available: 1. Assignment Length: Approximately 13 weeks. Start: Expected May 11, 2026 (start date provided by client). Client requires COTA to work on-site at the facility.
