To drive growth in healthcare solutions, the full-time Healthcare RCM Lead Generation Specialist will independently source and generate new leads through outbound prospecting, engage decision-makers, and schedule qualified meetings for the sales team in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Independently source and generate healthcare RCM leads through various outreach methods Engage with healthcare decision-makers to identify business needs and qualify sales opportunities Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and manage a personal pipeline to meet goals Required qualifications High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required 2+ years of experience in appointment setting, lead generation, or cold calling Experience utilizing CRM platforms such as Salesforce Ability to identify key decision-makers and execute targeted prospecting strategies Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
