Achievement House, Inc. is a nonprofit organization who promote independence and inclusion for individuals with developmental disabilities.

We are currently seeking a dedicated DSP Job Coach to guide our individuals towards their vocational goals. This role involves providing instruction and is a great introduction to all of our programs\ by ensuring that all projects meet or exceed the expectations of our various sites. We offer a competitive compensation package, including a $250 sign-on bonus! This is a "roving" position, with variable work schedule as needed, from 30-40 hours per week.

Compensation: $23.50
This is a full-time position with varying hours. 

Qualifications:

• Must have a reliable personal vehicle to commute to and from work, and maintain a current California driver’s license.
• Must have an acceptable driving record. 
• Must pass a LiveScan by DOJ/FBI.
• Must provide a copy of your auto insurance.
• Previous experience working with Individuals with Developmental Disabilities is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.
• Must have basic computer/technology skills and knowledge.

Responsibilities:

• Provide continuous instructions specific to vocational growth and training objectives.
• Manage a team of custodial trainees, providing guidance, support, and training.
• Ensure the quality of work completed with each job and deliver excellent customer service to stakeholders and contract representatives.
• Ensure the team has necessary supplies, track jobs, document work performed, and maintain company vehicle.
• Complete and submit all required paperwork by the deadline.
• Basic computer/technology skills and knowledge
