Step into a valued role as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst working with K-12 students for the upcoming school year. This part-time opportunity spans from August 27, 2026, through June 11, 2027, offering a consistent Monday through Friday schedule totaling 20 hours per week. Your expertise and compassionate approach will be key in helping students reach their full potential.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree required, with BCBA certification
• Current Illinois license as a BCBA
• Experience supporting children (preferably those with disabilities)
• Prior background working with students on the autism spectrum is strongly preferred
• Comfortable crafting and implementing tailored behavior intervention plans
• Ability to collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans for K-12 students
• Collaborate with teachers and support staff to implement data-driven behavior strategies
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed for optimal outcomes
• Provide training and guidance to staff and families regarding behavioral supports and strategies
• Document all procedures, assessments, and interventions according to district and federal guidelines
• Foster a supportive, structured environment to enhance student learning and growth
