Step into a dynamic contract opportunity as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) supporting K-12 students. This position offers hands-on experience working collaboratively within a school environment to positively impact students’ educational journeys.

This role spans from August 27, 2026, through June 11, 2027, with a commitment of 20 hours per week, Monday through Friday. You’ll provide essential behavioral support and guidance, focusing on student success, independence, and inclusion. The ideal candidate is adept at assessing needs, developing strategies, and implementing plans that foster growth for children, including those with disabilities and autism.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree and active BCBA certification required
• Valid Illinois BCBA license mandatory
• Proven experience supporting children, including those with disabilities
• Preferably previous work with children on the autism spectrum
• Demonstrated skills in assessment, behavior plan creation, and data-driven interventions
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments for students in K-12th grade
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
• Coach and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families
• Analyze and document behavioral data to assess outcomes
• Provide ongoing training and support to educators on behavioral strategies
• Ensure compliance with school and state guidelines
