This Workday Analyst will drive improvements across Finance operations, strengthen data integrity and help shape the future of Workday functionality within a collaborative, innovative environment. Configure and administer Workday solutions aligned with business objectives Build and enhance system functionality to support Finance operations Troubleshoot technical and functional issues across platforms Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities Deliver reporting and audit support for Finance and operational teams Assist with enterprise system integrations and ongoing monitoring Participate in testing efforts tied to upgrades and new releases Support user adoption initiatives and documentation efforts Develop and maintain operating procedures and configuration records What's needed? Hands‑on experience with Workday administration or analysis Strong understanding of Finance systems and business processes Experience with reporting, data validation and system testing Ability to work cross‑functionally with Finance, HR, IT and Supply Chain teams Excellent organizational and communication skills A proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement Strong documentation and troubleshooting abilities What's in it for me?
