Key Responsibilities Draft estate planning documents including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, advance healthcare directives, and related correspondence. Manage client matters from intake through execution, including gathering information, preparing document drafts, scheduling signing appointments, and maintaining accurate files. Communicate professionally with clients, financial advisors, accountants, and other professionals to support estate planning and trust administration matters. Assist attorneys with trust funding, asset transfers, beneficiary designations, and probate avoidance strategies. Prepare and file probate and estate administration documents when needed. Maintain case management systems, monitor deadlines, and ensure compliance with firm procedures and state requirements. Qualifications 2+ years of paralegal experience, preferably in estate planning, probate, elder law, or trust administration. Strong understanding of estate planning documents and legal terminology. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal practice management software.
