Meeting Coordinator II

Supporting the IRB Services team, the full-time Meeting Coordinator II will manage meeting preparation and coordination, review submissions for IRB meetings, and assist with informed consent form preparation while working remotely in the U.S. Key responsibilities Coordinate IRB meeting preparations by reviewing submissions and assigning them to appropriate meetings Assist in the preparation and editing of informed consent forms to ensure regulatory compliance Attend IRB meetings to enhance knowledge of processes and provide suggestions for process improvements Required qualifications 1+ year of IRB or clinical research experience with a bachelor's degree, or 4+ years of experience with an associate's degree Basic knowledge of Federal laws and guidelines related to Human Subjects Research Protection Proficiency in MS Word and Outlook, with familiarity in Excel and remote meeting applications Completion of standard Human Subjects Research Training, such as CITI, as determined by management Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in English, both verbally and in writing
