Qualifications: 5+ years of sales experience , ideally in the fitness, wellness, or service-based industries A proven track record of hitting and surpassing sales goals —you know how to close and you thrive on performance Exceptional communication and negotiation skills that help convert leads into loyal members Strong leadership abilities with experience coaching and developing high-performing sales teams • Comfortable using CRM systems and sales analytics tools to track metrics and drive strategy Compensation: $20 - $30
